So happy with everything!! We had my dad's birthday catered this weekend and couldn't be more pleased. Food was absolutely amazing!! Great portion sizes, and quality. Prices reasonable too. Absolutely recommend if need any catering services. We will definitely be using them again!

I would highly recommend Cardel Catering! From the very first contact with Lisa to plan the menu for our party of 30, everything was excellent. Chef Scott's dishes from the appetizers, salads and entrees of beef filet with wild mushrooms and herb roasted chicken were all outstanding. To top it off, the staff for the event were fantastic from beginning to end. They were super attentive to all the details and took great pride in their work with us. We will definitely use Cardel Catering again!

TLDR - HIGHLY recommended. Delicious food, nice presentation, and great service - and at an attractive price! We just wrapped up a charity event with appetizers and dinner for about 60 people. Scott and the team did a great job at a very reasonable price. Our menu included three appetizers, three entrees, two sides, and four "mini" desserts: Apps: A Variety of Thin Crust Pizzettas Mini Potato Pancakes with S/C, Apple Compote Roasted Spicy Shrimp with Orange Zest, Garlic and Chili Flakes Mains: Grilled Beef Filet with Wild Mushroom Sauce Seared Salmon with Cucumber Mint Raita Seared Airline Chicken Breast with Dill Pistachio Pistou Sides: Grilled Asparagus with Lemon Toasted Jasmine Rice with Almonds & Scallions Desserts: Chocolate chip cookies Brownies Lemon bars Coconut macaroons (not on our order, but added as a bonus) OK, the appetizers were very good. We were holding a charity concert, and opted to serve the appetizers during an intermission. The event director struggled to get people back to their seats for the second half, because they were all too busy enjoying app after app after delicious app. The mains and sides were delicious (both the salmon and the chicken were so tender and fluffy, and the filet was cooked medium rare and delicious). The sauces were perfect complements to the dishes. The rice was out of this world. The only "average" dish was the grilled asparagus (by which I mean it was very tasty). There were so many desserts that everyone had (at least) one of each. For me, the macaroons (not macarons!) and the brownies were the hit of the desserts. The food was prepared offsite, and heated up in our kitchen. The service staff was attentive (so they were prepared as we ended up starting the meal more than half an hour earlier than planned), cleaned up as the evening went on (which turned out to be essential, as people surprisingly used multiple wine glasses and sets of cutlery during the evening), always had a smile and a "can I get you something" for everyone, and just gave 110%. I heard about Cardel from our local town's social network, with a great recommendation. The Cardel team was responsive during the selection process and menu finalization, showed up early, and worked right through the end. I have *never* written a Yelp review this long! My only regret is that I didn't take any photos - next time for sure. HIGHLY recommended.

Scott and his team catered our corporate event this week and did an AMAZING job! The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and the team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was cared for. Highly recommend them for your next function!

Scott & company catered our daughter's college graduation party and did a stellar job. Gratitude. Scott Cardel's food was amazing & wonderfully received. During the planning stages, Scott personally created the menu and tweaked it to our liking. Many guests effusively commented on his penne pasta (with chick peas, cauliflower & onion) and grilled vegetables. I personally enjoyed the pistachio pistou (French pesto) over my moist chicken, grilled veggies & pear salad. A note, a few people found the tri-tip a tad rare & with plastic knives, challenging to cut. But the beef was very tasty and not much was left by party's end. Guest plates were bamboo and cutlery was compostable, all of which was carried away and recycled by our server. Although we provided our own beverages & cups, at our request, Scott provided ice & chilling buckets and even recycled our beverage containers. Having the to-go boxes, so that guests and we could continue to enjoy the delicious food, was a much appreciated touch. Cardel's servers, Eileen & Gian were great, coordinating the set-up and break down well. Our on-site server, Gian was stellar in work manner, so pleasant and with such attention to detail. Our daughter was over the moon for her celebration and loved Cardel's cuisine. If the occasion calls, I'll engage Scott's excellent culinary talents again, in a heartbeat!

There are many unique and exquisitely delicious dishes to choose from. You will see many recommendations in the reviews. The braised beef sliders were outrageously good. All the one bite passed trays were simply perfect. Beyond the beautifully presented and delicious food, the service was outstanding. I had refused further wine, so after a few minutes of seeing me sitting without a drink, a waiter came and offered me a glass of sparkling water with lemon which I happily accepted. I appreciated this solicitous behavior. The home was kept spotlessly clean, yet no-one walked away with your wine glass if you left it for a second or two. It was much appreciated that they were mindful of not wasting the host's fine wines. The kitchen was kept neat and clean as they worked and the staff was very friendly. You can't do better than Cardel Catering!

Cardel Catering did an amazing job catering my baby shower! They are friendly, punctual, and professional. My menu included some of the following items: - Mini quiche bites - Mimosa bar (special purées, like peach to match my theme) - Chicken salad tea sandwiches Everything was fresh, displayed nicely, and got rave reviews from our guests. Thank you for making this event even more memorable!

Cardel Catering is the BEST!!! They catered for my 50th birthday party and everything was amazing from lamb sliders to lobster bites to caviar with crème fresh crispy bites. Not to mention the cake is legendary now, all of my friends called the next day to find out how they could get more! Scott's staff was super on top of minding covid regulations, making sure all of the guests had constant access to the food and beverages, and were just the nicest servers. Overall Cardell Catering stands out as a cut above other caterers I have used, as he's a brilliant chef and has great taste in food! Thanks Scott and to the two lady bartenders that made sure my champagne glass never went empty!

Got a ox-tail dinner brased in red wine. hard dish to find. Was lovely. Side dishes of carrots and parsnips big and generous. Dish came on time. Look forward to another dinner
